Restoring EB25 to No.1
The Challenge
EB25 is a unique product that acts as both a sealant and adhesive, but this duality was hard for consumers to grasp. My role was to help design a campaign that communicated this dual benefit clearly to restore EB25’s market-leading position.

The Insight
In-depth product testing revealed that EB25 outperformed competitors in both sticking and sealing. We used this insight to create a bold, dual-message campaign.
My UX Approach
I worked on delivering a consistent, user-friendly message across multiple platforms, from TV and social media to digital displays and product demos. The design made the product’s strengths impossible to miss.


Results
The social media campaign led to record engagement, and we retained key listings with national retailers. Despite industry challenges, EB25’s sales continue to grow.
