International Growth Simplified
The Challenge
Santander Navigator aimed to simplify the complexities of selling abroad for UK businesses. My role was to contribute to a campaign for its London launch, targeting SMEs and focusing on making international trade feel more accessible.

The Insight
Research revealed a major barrier: UK businesses saw international trade as complex and costly. Santander Navigator addressed this with expert guidance, giving us a clear message to focus on—simplicity.
My UX Approach
We worked on creating a clear, user-friendly campaign that communicated simplicity across digital, press, and out-of-home ads. The design emphasised minimalism and ease to align with the product’s core value.


Results
The campaign was well-received, leading to strong social engagement and a request from Santander to further develop the campaign, integrating reporting into their marketing platform.
