Modernising the Years.com Experience
The Challenge
Years.com, a subscription service for freshly made dog food, needed a new website that clearly explained their tailored meal plans while building trust with pet owners. The existing site lacked clarity around the product benefits and the subscription process, which made it harder to convert visitors into paying customers.

My UX Approach
I focused on simplifying the user journey and highlighting the value of the service. Using research and competitor analysis, I mapped out clearer flows for sign-up and subscription management. In Figma, I designed new pages that explained the product in a friendly but professional way, making it easy for users to understand how the tailored diets worked. Alongside the site design, I carried out branding work and set rules for photography, typography and other design elements to guide in-house teams and keep the brand consistent.

Results
The new site gave Years.com a modern and user friendly platform that made their service easy to understand and trust. With stronger branding and a smoother sign-up process, the platform improved customer confidence while supporting the business with higher engagement and conversion rates.
